Deputy Recruitment Supervisor


Job Description:

 

  • Prepare all position opening and post to recruitment medias.
  • Collect, keep, record CV to recruitment report
  • Appoint candidate, prepare schedule interview and facilitate interview process
  • Prepare and explain employment application form to offered candidate
  • Follow up and check required document of new employees
  • Draft employment contract and appoint letter for new staffs
  • Facilitate new employee join in first day and set fingerprint
  • Follow up document from new employee join but not yet complete documents
  • Copy, scan, data entry as required
  • Others task assign by Supervisor

 

Requirement:

  • High school or Bachelor’s degree of business administration or relevant fields
  • Experiences at least 1 year in recruitment
  • Able to use computer [Ms. Word, Excel, power point and Internet email]
  • Able to use English
  • Good communication skills
