Sales Supervisor (FMCG)
Job Description:
- Drafted weekly road map for sales team and meeting for divide tasks plan
- Lead team to achieve the sales target in monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- Travelling to sales areas to meet the customer
- Setting plan, follow up, coaching, evaluation performance of sales team
- Market/competitive research and prepare analysists report for manager
- Work closely with sales admin for quotation, sales order, check stock, delivery condition.
- Check daily report of sales team
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and presentative of any
- Draft sales improvement plan
- Others task assign by Sales Manager
Requirement:
- High School/BBA in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Experience at least 4 years in sales & marketing field
- Experience in sales FMCG in plus
- Experience in Supervisor level a least 1 year
- Plan promotion activities and make arrangement accordingly
- Able to use English or Chinese language in plus
- Able to use computer
- Strongly in communication skill
- Have skill to build team to be strongly
