Sales Supervisor (FMCG)


Job Description:

  • Drafted weekly road map for sales team and meeting for divide tasks plan
  • Lead team to achieve the sales target in monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Travelling to sales areas to meet the customer
  • Setting plan, follow up, coaching, evaluation performance of sales team
  • Market/competitive research and prepare analysists report for manager
  • Work closely with sales admin for quotation, sales order, check stock, delivery condition.
  • Check daily report of sales team
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and presentative of any
  • Draft sales improvement plan
  • Others task assign by Sales Manager

Requirement:

  • High School/BBA in Sales & Marketing/Business Administration or relevant fields.
  • Experience at least 4 years in sales & marketing field
  • Experience in sales FMCG in plus
  • Experience in Supervisor level a least 1 year
  • Plan promotion activities and make arrangement accordingly
  • Able to use English or Chinese language in plus
  • Able to use computer
  • Strongly in communication skill
  • Have skill to build team to be strongly
