During Social Protection Week 2023 (“SCW 2023”), BPC Group Chairman received recognition from the Ministry of Economy and Finance for his contribution to social protection development in Cambodia. SCW 2023 is a forum for all stakeholders to discuss the development of the social protection system in Cambodia. BPC Group will continue to support social protection development in Cambodia, and to work together with Cambodian society to achieve important development goals.

BPC Group started the digital transformation program to integrate digital technology into all areas of a business. The program aims to fundamentally change how we operate and deliver value to customers. It is also a cultural change that requires our Group to continually challenge the status quo, experiment, and get comfortable with failure. Overall, we are positive about the move to ensure BPC Group’s development in the long term given a structural shift of digitalization in many industries.

BPC Group has continued to Recruit, Develop, and Empower young talents in developing not only our companies but also the Cambodian industries. We actively recruit young talents through online platforms, career fairs, and walk-in interviews. Young talents who joined us were given on the job training and compulsory learning programs. We also empower our young talents with designed tasks and promotion programs. All in all, we are proud to see young talents that we have nurtured.

2022 is an amazing year for us. Not only did we manage to overcome the challenge of global supply chain disruption and post-Covid impact, but we also succeeded in exploring new industries, attracting young talents, and carrying out our digital transformation program. BPC Group would like to express the greatest gratitude and appreciation to everyone who has been support us throughout the year of 2022. BPC Group wishes everyone enormous success in the new year of 2023.

BPC Group believes “healthier kids today is healthier society tomorrow”. Recently, BPC Group has donated USD 50,000 as continued support to Kanthabopha Children’s hospital’s operation. BPC Group also hopes to continue working together with the hospital and royal government in bringing smiles and a bright future to Cambodia.

Our company’s vision was formed by three factors. First, we strive to upbringing the modernization of Cambodian enterprises. Second, we continue to work closely with both local and foreign partners in introducing new products, services, technologies, and standards. Third, we continue to ensure consistent standard and quality of our deliverables. Thus, we visioned ourselves to be the ideal Cambodian business partner for everyone.

BPC Group recently donated USD 50,000 to Cambodian Mine Action Centre (“CMAC”) for mine clearance effort in Banteay Meanchey District. BPC Group supports the effort of making Cambodia mine-free by 2025, and “Providing Safe Ground, Creating Smiles”.

BPC Cambodia | The Earliest Private Enterprises in Cambodia “People rarely succeed unless they improve and happy in what they are doing.” Thus, BPC Group not only offer development programs to our employees, the Group also ensure a happy, healthy, and productive workplace. Thus, as part of BPC Group’s continuous improvement in making BPC the best workplace and its overall HSE implementation. A home alike garden and discussion area has been set up for our employee to “take a break” while brainstorming for ideas.

We organized Industry 4.0 workshops for our senior colleagues, while they are compulsories to provide active guidance for junior colleagues.
